About Us
You can trust in the knowledge, integrity and experience of the attorneys at the Regosin, Edwards, Stone & Feder Law Firm. Each of us commits to providing every client with the individual, dedicated service you deserve.
One of our core competencies is planning, advising and overseeing business transactions.
We also assist our clients with dispute resolution. That means everything from communicating with an opposing party or its attorneys, to negotiating, preparing and filing court documents, evidence, and then in court if necessary.
What differentiates us from other firms is the combination of our experience in handling business transactions as well as resolving disputes. Our dispute-resolution experience guides us in structuring transactions to avoid potential conflict, and our transactional experience helps us understand root causes of disputes as they arise.
We provide steady guidance through challenging situations, and we work as efficiently as we can to help you obtain the best resolution through litigation or other methods of alternative dispute resolution.
We have detailed knowledge of New York's commercial laws, and we’re here to help your business. We have the knowledge and resources to determine if you have sufficient grounds to file a lawsuit for damages, and we’re ready to help you and your business.
We enjoy working relationships with our clients based on shared values and a businesslike approach to handling often-complex legal matters. Our clients’ needs define the work we do, and we are there from start to finish. We will meet with you, carefully weigh your options, and plan a strategy to achieve a result.
